If any buildings could have a theme, this one would be “Modern Marble". The architecture defines this space and it starts beautifully on the exterior with a clean, polished gray brick. On the interior, there are circular-shaped LED lights throughout the hallways and zig-zagged white light in other places. The reflections cast a creative look onto the floor that adds to this special place. The main area is a giant sunk-in living room feel, with plush bright blue modern chairs, silver-lined rails, and more hanging LED lights. The rest of the building has offices that can be used for production use, or for a science fiction office space. There are reflective black tiles in some and clean carpet in others. The outside of the building also offers a corporate park style with trees lining the sidewalks and a small umbrella-shaded area.
