There is also a large parking lot and a loading dock. The warehouse has tons of twists and turns, well-aged appliances, and rusted vestiges that speak to a golden era. It is shrouded in shadows and can be used for mysteries or dramatic pieces. The shipyard, overlooking the New York/New Jersey line, is lined by the dark gray stucco exterior of the warehouse and has a classic 'on the waterfront' feeling.
