The Factory LIC is one of the most diverse workspaces in the area. A historic building built in 1926, this building has a wide range of uses for any production. There are exceptionally high ceilings and brand-new fully operable windows on every floor. These windows let in an abundance of light on nearly every floor and offer an exquisite view of the Manhattan skyline. Being that the building has so much space, there are tons of different places to work with here. On one floor there are large open spaces with massive white columns creating an artistic spin on an otherwise empty spot. Other floors have light dining areas, coffee and hang-out areas, large hallways with intricate art, and several other spaces; some with exercise machines, and others with the artistic character throughout the building. An added bonus is the loading dock for easy load-in and out for sprinter vans.
