Another wonder at Bell Works, this abandoned Ocean Simulation building has everything a production would need to create a quintessential underground laboratory. The interior of the empty structure is of pre-war condition, with cold, cement walls everywhere that give off a steely vibe that adds to the equipment that is strewn around. Large, yellow control centers are in a few rooms, and these look like they could have been taken out of Cherynobl themselves or transferred from the Cold War. With knobs and twist dials that speak of the past, these different rooms have the look of a mad scientist's dwelling, and can be stretched even more with a touch of imagination. The property is conveniently close to the Bell Works property where parking is plenty and holding/catering can be acquired with ease.
