Modern Office Option
United States / New Jersey
Location ID: #999-24464
Built to encapsulate a whole campus of workers, this building on the Florham Park campus has a lot of different options in one building. From the ground floor, the main area is a bright and modern work of art in and of itself. With an amazing amount of natural light shining from its ceiling, the area could serve as a museum in its own right. There are exquisite marble designs that lace the floor and perfectly matched furniture that adds to the aesthetic as well. The open atrium, besides having all the light you'd need, is also surrounded by ledges that can offer a great vantage point for different angles and shots. Moving along the rest of the building are additions that bring out its character, like the rock garden nearby. The elevators even could qualify for their own exhibit! They boast a clean white and gray marble look that you can almost see your reflection in. Talk about fancy huh? Upstairs, there is the anything-but-typical cubicle space with avant garde design and glass dividers. There are plenty of meeting rooms each complete with leather rolling chairs to seal the cool mood they give off, and the space has many different offices if you needed to set up shop to get any on-set paperwork done.
